• Deep comfort: 4″ memory-foam mattresses with wrap-around, light-blocking eye masks. Prefer floating? Choose our weightless hanging hammocks for a rebirthing-inspired experience.
• Expert facilitation: clear, safe guidance without chatter or distracting lyrics—allowing you to fully drop in.
• Integration built in: gentle landing, journaling prompts, and space to share. Optional personal follow-up is available for those wanting extra support.
