1. Eligibility

Our Services are intended for individuals 18 years or older. By using our Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you may only participate with the written consent of a parent or guardian.

2. Nature of Services

Our Services include, but are not limited to:

Group breathwork sessions (in-person and online)

One-on-one sessions

Workshops and seasonal programs

Corporate wellness offerings

Special events

Our facilitators are trained in conscious breathwork practices but are not medical professionals. Our Services are educational, experiential, and wellness-focused, not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Health & Safety Disclaimer

By participating, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

You have disclosed any relevant health conditions in writing prior to participating.

Breathwork may not be suitable for individuals with certain conditions (including but not limited to cardiovascular issues, uncontrolled high blood pressure, epilepsy, recent surgery, pregnancy, severe psychiatric conditions, or use of certain medications, including but not limited to antipsychotics).

If you have Bipolar I disorder or are currently prescribed antipsychotic medication, you must consult your healthcare provider before participating.

You release the Company and its facilitators from any liability related to your participation.

4. Waiver & Assumption of Risk

By attending any Service, you agree to the following:

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

You understand that intense emotional or physical experiences may occur.

You waive any claim against the Company, its facilitators, contractors, and venue partners for injury, loss, or damages arising from your participation.

5. Payments & Refunds

Pricing is displayed on our website and may vary by event or service.

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refunds: Unless specified otherwise for a particular event, all sales are final. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person or apply it toward a future session (subject to availability).

6. Cancellations & Changes

We reserve the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel Services due to facilitator availability, low enrollment, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you may receive a credit or refund at our discretion.

7. Code of Conduct

We are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment. You agree to:

Respect the space, facilitators, and fellow participants.

Refrain from disruptive, unsafe, or discriminatory behavior

Follow facilitator guidance and venue rules.

Failure to comply may result in removal from the Service without refund.
