The same powerful breathwork used in group sessions is offered here in a one-on-one container, allowing the experience to be shaped entirely around you—your goals, your nervous system, your timing, and your inner landscape.

Whether you are seeking nervous system realignment, emotional release, creative expansion, or deeper alignment with purpose and higher awareness, this experience is designed to meet you exactly where you are.

Phase I: Introductory Call & Intention Mapping (30 minutes)

Before your breathwork session, we begin with a private 30-minute introductory call.

This call allows us to:

  • Explore your goals, intentions, and current life context
  • Review your intake questionnaire together
  • Identify areas of stress, emotional holding, or creative stagnation
  • Clarify how you would like to use this private container for maximum benefit

This step ensures your session is intentionally calibrated, creating a supportive, effective, and deeply personal experience.

Phase II: In-Person or Virtual Breathwork Session (2 Hours)
1. Arrival, Grounding & Education (30 minutes)

We begin with grounding and a review of breath mechanics. You’ll receive education on how conscious breathwork works at the physiological and emotional levels, helping you feel informed, safe, and supported as you enter the experience.

2. Guided Breathwork Journey (60 minutes)

You’ll be guided through a continuous, rhythmic breathing pattern supported by intentionally curated music. In a private setting, the journey can unfold at your natural pace and depth, often supporting:

  • Nervous system regulation and resilience
  • Emotional release and integration
  • Creative insight or clarity
  • A felt sense of connection to intuition or higher self

3. Integration & Embodiment (30 minutes)
